Atlantis KTV — the fanpage and the operating group both call it Atlantis Restaurant, and guests also search Atlantis 31 KTV, Atlantis Karaoke or Karaoke Atlantis De Tham — is a karaoke-and-restaurant venue at 31 De Tham, District 1; some booking sites list it as 31–33 De Tham. It is part of the group managed by Happy Corp, alongside Limited Karaoke at 363 Pham Ngu Lao and the Hac Cam private-room restaurant.

True to the name, the design takes its cue from the sea: 9Life describes a blue-toned lobby with 3D coral features, crystal chandeliers and spacious rooms with leather sofas. Rooms come in three sizes — small, medium and large — from couple-sized rooms to large rooms for birthdays or company events. Digital sound processing, high-power speakers, wireless microphones and LED lighting that changes with the beat; according to Happy Corp, the group's song library covers Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean and Japanese.

As a karaoke restaurant, food is ordered straight to the room: booking sites list light snacks, seafood, party combos and fruit platters.
